Tippogoree Hills is the newest Mountain Bike Park in Tasmania. Built by the famous World Trail crew there is currently around 45km of trails accessible by a short shuttle drive up the hill. George Town is a northern coastal town on the Tamar River only 50kms north of Launceston in Northern Tasmania. Just over a one-hour drive from Derby. We offer day transfers from Derby and Uplift Shuttles in the bike park. Book via the links below or call Josh on 0487 379 643

Tippogoree Hills Uplifts

 

  • Shuttles departing Trailhead every 30 minutes
  • A short bus ride to the top
  • Advice and directions once you reach the shuttle drop off
  • Book an Uplift Shuttle Pass Card that doesn’t expire, can be shared and can also be used at Blue Derby
  • For group bookings and bookings outside of our operating hours please contact us

Day Transfers

 

  • ​Day Transfers from Derby return to Derby
  • Meet at Derby trailhead at 8.30am for 8.45 departure
  • In just over an hour you will arrive at the George Town Trails
  • Purchase a shuttle pass, use your pass from Derby or ride up the hill!
  • Book a seat online or contact us for group bookings
  • Return to Derby approx 5pm

2 Day Super Pass

The super pass is available to order until August 31st, 2024

The pass must be picked up from Derby or George Town before August 31st and never expires

You do not need to select the pick up location, just select the pick up date

The pass can be picked up from our driver any time between 9am and 3pm on the day selected

 Shuttle Operating Hours

 We will keep you up to date with when we are operating shuttles in George Town​

  • School Holidays – April 12 to 28 – from 9am
  • Please contact us if you are planning to arrive after midday as our closing time is subject to rider participation on the day

After the school holidays we will move to winter operating hours

  • April 29 to July 5 – open Weekends and Public Holidays from 9am
