Terms and Conditions for your Season Pass
The Pass gives the user unlimited Black Stump Shuttles in Derby and unlimited Tippogoree Hills Shuttles in George Town during UDA operating hours. Our guaranteed minimum opening hours are as follows,
Derby: We will be open every weekend, public holiday and during school holidays 9am to 4pm
During the “season” (daylight savings times) we will be open 9am to 4pm every day and will run till 6pm in peak times
During the “off season” (non daylight savings times) we may operate on shorter hours and reserve the right to close at any time due to weather or lack of riders
George Town (Tippogoree Hills): We will be open every weekend when trails are open
During the “season” (daylight savings times) we will be open 9am to 3pm Friday to Sunday and will run Twilight Shuttles on Thursday evenings.
During the “off season” (non daylight savings times) we will operate on weekends only and reserve the right to close at any time due to weather or lack of riders
Blue Tier and Bay of Fires: Discounted Blue Tier and Bay of Fires Shuttles
The 2025/26 Season Pass will include a 30% Discount to any Blue Tier and Bay of Fires Shuttles
You will receive a unique code to receive the discount on booking. These “longer” shuttles will only run with a minimum of 4 fully paying customers
Season Passes are not transferrable and discounts are only valid for the pass holder
The monthly payment arrangement attracts a joining fee of $249 and 52 weekly payments of $39.50
**joining fee will be waived for any new customers until August 31, 2025
A 2025/26 season pass paid upfront is valid until June 31, 2026
